One of the most practical ways to increase your earning capacity is to become more valuable. Develop useful skills, solve meaningful problems, serve people well and continually improve what you bring to the marketplace.
TODAY'S LESSON
Become the person who can solve bigger problems.
Money generally follows value. When you develop skills that people need and are willing to pay for, you increase your ability to generate income.
This does not mean chasing money. It means deliberately increasing your capacity to create useful results for yourself, your organization, your customers and your community.
The question is not only, "How much do I want to earn?" A better question is:
"What valuable problem can I learn to solve?"
